KENDARIAKTUAL.COM, KENDARI – Hingga 2022 angka kasus stunting di Kota Kendari mencapai 227. Hal ini diungkapkan oleh Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Kendari Rahminingrum.
Rahminingrum mengatakan, hingga 2022 ini sebanyak 227 kasus stunting telah terjadi di Kota Kendari. Adapun Kasus ini menyebar di 15 kelurahan.
“Data bulan Agustus tahun 2021 prevalensi tertinggi itu ada di Kendari Barat, selanjutnya di Kecamatan Kendari, dan Kecamatan Wua-wua,”jelasnya pada kendariaktual.com, Jumat (18/3/2022).
Dia menambahkan, untuk menangani kasus stunting sejumlah indikator harus diintervensi baik dari sektor kesehatan maupun non kesehatan. Sebab dari sebanyak 29 indikator ini masih terdapat beberapa indikator yang sama sekali belum mendapatkan intervensi.
“Kalau stunting ini tidak kita tangani secara komprehensif maka akan berdampak pada anak-anak kita. 1000 hari pertama anak kita itu menentukan bagaimana nanti mereka tumbuh kembang. Sederhananya stunting bisa dideteksi dari kondisi fisik,” ungkapnya.
