KENDARIAKTUAL.COM, KENDARI – Kejuaraan Daerah (Kejurda) Taekwondo Muna Cup rencananya akan dimulai 26 sampai dengan 27 Juli mendatang di GOR Kota Raha.
Ketua Pengurus Provinsi (Pengprov) Taekwondo Indonesia (TI) Sulawesi Tenggara (Sultra) Dedi Muskar mengatakan, Kejurda Taekwondo Muna Cup ini merupakan agenda tahunan yang dilaksanakan oleh Pengcab TI Kabupaten Muna.
Dedi berharap, dalam Kejurda ini akan bisa menghasilkan atlit taekwondo yang handal dan bisa menjadi andalan Sultra.
“Kami sangat mengapresiasi dan berterima kasih kepada Ketua Pengcab TI Kabupaten Muna yang rutin menyelenggarakan kejuaraan ini,”jelasnya pada kendariaktual.com, Jumat (25/7/2025).
Dedi menuturkan, dalam kejuaraan ini pihaknya juga akan menurunkan tim untuk memantau atlit handal guna dipersiapkan menuju PON Beladiri Oktober nanti.
Sementara itu Ketua Pengcab TI Kabupaten Muna Sumithata menututkan, dalam Kejurda Taekwondo Muna Cup ini pihaknya mempertandingkan kelas Pra Kadet, Kadet, Junior dan Senior.
Harapannya, dengan dipertandingkan kelas-kelas tersebut akan bisa memberikan jam terbang bagi para atlit taekwondo di daerahnya.
“Kami jadikan ajang ini sebagai pembinaan atlit dari kategori pra kadet sampai dengan senior,”tuturnya.
